Your project, documents, photos, and draw packages are all saved exactly as you left them. When you are ready to continue, you add a payment method and your account reopens instantly. There is no re-setup, no data loss, and no waiting.
If you decide DrawBridge is not for you, you do not owe anything. Your data is held for 30 days after your trial ends. After 30 days, inactive accounts are cleared.

How to get the most out of 14 days
You do not need to finish everything in the first week. Here is a practical sequence that gets you to a real draw package by the end of your trial.
Set up your project
Enter your loan amount, construction phases, and project address. This takes about ten minutes. Your completeness score starts tracking immediately.
Invite your loan officer
Send your bank reviewer portal link to your loan officer. They get free access. They can see your progress, leave notes, and review documents without creating a paid account.
Work through your checklist
Go through the construction checklist for your current phase. Upload permits, contracts, and any documents you already have. Each item you complete raises your completeness score.
Build your first draw package
Use the draw package builder to assemble your first draw request. Run your completeness score. See exactly what is missing before your bank does. Submit with confidence or identify what still needs to be gathered.
